RedlineBrief
Contract Change Brief
Connect a text diff to your playbook. Keep legal judgment with a reviewer.
For founders and operations reviewers who want to organize changes between two reviewed contract versions against a buyer-defined keyword playbook.
One-time USD source-pack license. Manual delivery, not a web app or AI subscription.
What the tool actually does
- Produces stable change IDs, line ranges and exact before/after text.
- Links all matching playbook rules and their highest risk flag; unmatched edits stay unclassified.
- Validates excerpt identity, rule links, risk labels and complete change coverage.
- Bring
- Reviewed UTF-8 text/Markdown, body DOCX or best-effort text PDF, plus a JSON keyword playbook.
- Get
- A deterministic line diff and a review-only brief citing original change IDs. No signing or submission.
- Without a model
- Document text extraction, line diff and mechanical keyword triage; optional agent narrative.

Not legal advice. A qualified reviewer must inspect the originals. Keyword risk is not legal analysis. DOCX headers/footnotes/comments/tracked revisions are not fully supported. PDF requires optional pdftotext, may lose layout and has no OCR.
Tested on Linux/Python with small synthetic inputs. Customer workloads, Windows/macOS, agent auto-install/discovery and every host version are untested.
In the download
- Actual Skill recipe and deterministic Python engine/validator

Python 3.10+ is required. SheetAudit also needs openpyxl. Text-PDF extraction in RedlineBrief optionally needs Poppler pdftotext. Models and third-party runtimes are not included. These are source tools, not one-click desktop installers.
